About the Role
Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications. As a UI/UX Designer, you'll work closely with clients and development teams to design user-centered digital experiences that meet business goals and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Create user flows, journey maps, and other UX deliverables
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Knowledge of user research and usability testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills
- Experience with responsive design for web and mobile
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
- Understanding of frontend development concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
